About the event
Join your fellow PBK's at 10 AM on April 18, 2026 for a very special exhibition tour at PAFA. "A Nation of Artists" at PAFA coincides with a special moment—the reopening of the Historic Landmark Building, a masterpiece of 19th-century architecture by Frank Furness and George W. Hewitt. The exhibition at PAFA and a simultaneous exhibition at the Philadelphia Art Museum, timed for America's semiquincentennial, will feature more than 1000 works, including over 100 iconic and rarely-seen paintings and decorative arts from one of the country’s most significant private holdings, the Middleton Family Collection. We will get a guided tour of the special exhibition, followed by some time to see more of PAFA and a pay-your-own lunch nearby at a location TBD. PAFA needs a headcount early, so registration for this special event will close March 18.
